Shipping Policy

PLEASE! Keep in mind that $9 flat for shipping is an incredible deal, especially if you are ordering more than a few items! Make sure when you compare our total price vs. our competitors, & that you consider our flat rate vs. shipping by weight and state sales tax (outside of Florida)

We will do everything in our power to get you what you need in a timely manner. We ship from a variety of warehouses across the US, from a few great distributors we work with. We push your order to our shippers as soon as possible after you order. Most places take a day or two to fulfill and get the order out the door. They ship UPS, FEDEX, and USPS.

This means that you will see your order, possibly in multiple shipments, arrive as soon as a few days to as long as a couple of weeks or in some cases, LONGER (up to 8 weeks in extreme cases).

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER AFTER 4 weeks, feel free to email us. We will get you an update and email you a response.

We chose this policy after shopping online for years ourselves, and hope you appreciate PRICE as a big part of your consideration when shopping with us. (we will always do our best to make you happy to see your products ASAP) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - we cannot ship overseas from the USA without an upcharge on shipping. We charge what the USPS charges in addition, call or email us for details in advance of placing an order to discuss.

 

 

Returns Policy

We have a no hassle return policy. CALL US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM, OR YOU SIMPLY DO NOT LIKE WHAT YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE GETTING!

If you do not like what you have purchased from us, simply return it within 14 days AFTER obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, by calling or emailing us.  

This means you must contact us within 14 days after receiving your product. Once we receive your item in it's original condition, we will credit your account for the full total purchase price, including our shipping charge.

If your item is defective, we may send it to the vendor for a review, refund your money if you'd like, or replace the item ASAP. We don't believe in making this a hassle.

That being said, this is NOT our first rodeo and will simply not let anyone take advantage of us, so don't even bother trying a switch, scam, or otherwise!
